Yangzhou ZTL New Material Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhongtianli, formerly known as Yangzhou Gaoneng New Materials Co., Ltd. ) is a national high-tech enterprise specialized in the R&D, production and marketing of high-purity materials.
